A Bigger and Better Energy Academy
In September 2027 we’re opening a second facility as part of our Energy Academy, funded by North East Mayor Kim McGuinness and the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority. Within this brand new, dedicated site you’ll have access to even more specialist training equipment, industry-standard facilities and opportunities to learn the skills employers are looking for, including training in emerging areas such as carbon capture, hydrogen and battery storage!
