Do you know your cut crease from your cat eye? It's time to 'glow up' with this Level 2 Make-Up course.

Whether it's applying make-up to correct and enhance, applying false lashes to complete a look or defining the brows, you will learn the basic skills needed to begin a career in the fashion and media make-up industries. You will hone skills in advising and instructing others on how to apply your looks.

Through opportunities to attend workshops and make-up masterclasses, as well as taking exciting trips to companies such as Make Up Forever Paris and Professional Beauty London, you will discover the latest trends in promotional make-up!

You will also learn tanning and skin finishing techniques to complete your skill-set.

Daily tasks:

  • Ensures custody of all cash receipts and organises regular stock checks.
  • Recruits, supervises and trains staff.
  • Determines financial, staffing, material and other short- and long-term needs.
  • Advises on the facilities available and promotes publicity in relation to shows, games, races, new theme parks, etc..
  • Keeps abreast of new trends and developments in recreational activities and arranges exhibitions, theatrical productions, concerts, demonstrations etc..
  • Ensures that facilities are kept clean and in good condition and that appropriate health and safety requirements are adhered to.
  • Organises timetable of activities/schedule of programmes.
