• 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including English and maths

You will be required to repeat English or maths if a grade 4 was not achieved.

Upon successful completion of this course you will achieve an NCFE Cache Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Students will be expected to complete a mandatory 75 hours work experience placement in a health and social care setting.

English and maths skills are vital within the health and social care setting due to the nature of some of the clinical roles within the sector.

Upon achievement of this qualification you will be able to access higher education and progression into a wide range of job roles within the health and social care sector.
