Our hands-on Fashion and Textiles course has a credible reputation in the fashion industry, with alumni now working for the likes of Barbour and Abercrombie and Fitch. We host regular guest speakers from industry including London Fashion Week make-up artists, Harvey Nichols' merchandisers and designers from Dirty Laundry.
As a student, you will be introduced to a range of fashion and textiles specialisms including fashion design, interior design, costume, wallpaper and soft furnishings.
Catwalk shows and client-led briefs will give you the opportunity to showcase your designs and expand your portfolio. You will become skilled using Adobe software, industrial sewing machines, screen printing and photography equipment.
You may also have the chance to take part in field trips to cities like Edinburgh, London and Barcelona.
