This course is ideal for Union Representatives who are looking develop their skills in order to become an effective Trade Union Representative.

You will build confidence in your role and responsibilities as a union rep and learn how to work alongside members and other trade union representatives to deal with a range of issues at work as well as how to successfully recruit other members and gett them involved in the union.
