Are you looking to start a career in the engineering sector and want to expand your knowledge and skills? Then this T-Level in Engineering and Manufacturing could be the course for you.
During your studies, you will develop valuable knowledge, experience and competency in preparation for entering the engineering industry, either in full employment or as an apprentice. You will learn theory and practice from industry-experienced tutors in our specialist on-campus engineering facilities, including labs and CAD suites, as well as through demonstrations and talks from visiting industry employers who will provide essential insights.
You will study a range of topics, including key tools and methodologies, engineering principles in mechanical, electrical and mechatronic engineering, producing mechanical drawings and representations and the relationship between the engineering and business sectors.
You will complete this course with the knowledge and practical skills you will need to build a thriving and fulfilling career in engineering and manufacturing.
As part of this T-Level course you will spend a minimum of 45 days on an employer industry placement in an engineering setting, helping you to develop your specialist skills and experience.
