As your child is in their final year of their Level 3 Engineering studies, they will likely have started to think about what they want to do next. This could be going into higher education and studying a degree, going in to the workplace or they may still be thinking through their choices.

With this in mind, we would like to invite you to our Engineering Steppin’ Up Parents’ Evening to give you more information about our Engineering degrees at Newcastle College University Centre, and how we can support your child pastorally, financially and academically to develop their skills even further with us in higher education.

Event details

Date: Thursday 20 March 2025

Time: 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Please arrive promptly for a 5.30pm start.

Venue: Rutherford Building, Rye Hill campus, NE4 7SA. Free parking is available onsite in our main car park on Scotswood Road.

This event will feature talks from Newcastle College University Centre staff, as well as site tours and demonstrations of the fantastic facilities that your child will use on an Engineering degree with us. Light refreshments will be also be served from 5pm.

This is a great opportunity for you and your child to find out more about our fantastic facilities, industry-experienced tutors and the student support we have available here at Newcastle College University Centre.
