About Us

We are seeking a UK NEQAS CPT Finance Assistant to support the Finance Coordinator and the wider Administrative team. This is an office based role at our modern suite of offices based centrally in Newcastle, close to all transport links. We are a small but friendly and supportive team of 10. We value open communication, team spirit and a positive attitude. As a small team your voice matters and you will have the chance to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas and shape how we do things. We offer generous annual leave, starting at 27 days plus bank holidays, which increases over time to reward long standing members of the team. Additionally, staff receive a further day’s leave to be taken on their birthday, as well as up to 2 Wellness Days to support and promote health and wellbeing. The Role

UK NEQAS CPT Finance Assistant duties include:

  • Create and issue invoices and credit notes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records within Xero and Management System
  • Reconcile bank transactions
  • Process expenses claims
  • Data entry of participants information onto computer systems
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases
  • Managing email correspondence, responding to participant queries in a timely manner
  • General administrative duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying, answering telephone
