    Apprenticeship Description

    Join Cramlington Ford, a trusted, family-owned Ford Retail Dealer serving Northumberland and Newcastle since 1991. We’re looking for a dedicated Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Apprentice (Light Vehicle) to join our team and begin a rewarding career in automotive repair and maintenance.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Diagnose, repair, and service a range of Ford vehicles
    • Complete tasks efficiently and to high standards
    • Develop technical skills with guidance from experienced professionals

    Working Hours:
    Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (½ hour lunch break)

    Pay Rate:
    £7.50 per hour

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Enthusiasm to learn and a strong interest in vehicles
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication skills
