Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice – Knowledge First Academy
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment, working with students from around the world. our apprenticeship provides valuable insight into student support, admissions, and education management, equipping you with essential business and communication skills. You’ll be part of a friendly, diverse, and professional team, gaining real-world experience in a growing industry with excellent career prospects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle student enquiries, applications, and admissions processes.
- Maintain and update student records and databases.
- Provide customer service support to students, staff, and external partners.
- Assist with timetabling, scheduling, and class organisation.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence efficiently.
- Support the finance team with invoicing and fee tracking.
- Organise meetings, events, and training sessions as required.
- Ensure compliance with academy policies and regulations.
Working Hours:
Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri - 9-5pm
Pay Rate:
£8.00 per hour
What We’re Looking For:
- Organisational and time-management skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
