Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Project Coordinator (L3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship).

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple operational departments, including HSE, Commercial, Technical, Purchasing, and Quality. The successful candidate will develop a broad understanding of the business while supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to project coordination activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the functions and compliance requirements of each department

  • Provide administrative support across all business areas

  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations, resources, and services

  • Support and maintain company management systems

  • Contribute to project coordination, scheduling, and reporting

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Ensure company processes and compliance standards are met

  • Deliver a high standard of work and support continuous improvement

  • Assist in managing client expectations and service delivery

  • Use Microsoft Excel and other office software competently


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

  • Note: Hours may vary to 08:30 – 16:00 depending on departmental placement


Salary

  • £8.00 per hour
