Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Project Coordinator (L3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship).
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple operational departments, including HSE, Commercial, Technical, Purchasing, and Quality. The successful candidate will develop a broad understanding of the business while supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to project coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand the functions and compliance requirements of each department

Provide administrative support across all business areas

Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations, resources, and services

Support and maintain company management systems

Contribute to project coordination, scheduling, and reporting

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Ensure company processes and compliance standards are met

Deliver a high standard of work and support continuous improvement

Assist in managing client expectations and service delivery

Use Microsoft Excel and other office software competently
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

Note: Hours may vary to 08:30 – 16:00 depending on departmental placement
Salary
