Your Role as a Business Administration Apprentice:
As part of our team, you will assist in various aspects of business and production management, including:
- Supporting key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Maintaining and managing production key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identifying and pursuing cost-saving opportunities.
- Communicating effectively with various internal departments.
- Managing projects from initiation to review and completion.
- Analyzing project results to determine success and areas for improvement.
Health, Safety & Environment Responsibilities:
- Comply with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, as well as that of others.
- Promote a safe working environment by challenging or reporting unsafe practices.
- Suggest improvements for health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
- Support sustainability efforts, such as waste segregation and energy conservation.
Quality Responsibilities:
- Follow ADM QMS procedures, work instructions, and operating procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
- Take responsibility for reporting any non-conforming products to production/quality teams.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
(Working hours may vary depending on the age of the apprentice.)
Pay Rate:
- Dependent on age and experience.
