Shepherd Offshore Limited is seeking a motivated and ambitious apprentice to join our team as a Trainee Project Coordinator under a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple operational departments, including Health & Safety (HSE), Commercial, Technical, Purchasing, and Quality.
You will play a key role in supporting company operations, working alongside experienced professionals while developing your administrative, coordination, and project management skills. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for career development within a dynamic and supportive team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the core functions of each department.
- Adapt to different roles and responsibilities within HSE, Commercial, Technical, Purchasing, and Quality.
- Support daily administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Assist in coordinating and maintaining management systems.
- Help allocate resources to support business operations.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure overall company compliance.
- Manage schedules, report on projects, and track deliverables.
- Provide a high level of support to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Competently use Microsoft Excel and other office-based software.
Working Hours & Pay:
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some departments may require 08:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Pay: Apprenticeship minimum wage
