    Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice – Swift Motor Engineering LTD 

    Swift Automotive Engineering is a leading provider of automotive solutions, committed to delivering high-quality services and products to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to join our busy office environment. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills while gaining valuable experience in the automotive industry.

    Duties:

    • Taking Bookings: Efficiently manage and schedule customer bookings, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Customer Enquiries: Handle customer queries via phone and email, providing top-tier customer service.
    • Ordering and Organisation of Car Parts: Order and organize car parts, maintaining an accurate and well-ordered inventory.
    • General Administration: Support business operations with tasks such as filing, data entry, document management, and other administrative duties as required.

     

    Working Hours:

    • 8.30-5.30 Mon- Fri, ½ hour lunch

    Essential:

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
    • Good time management.
