In this course you will develop a general understanding of different types of medication and the procedures for obtaining, storing, administering and disposing of medication in health and social care settings.

You will learn about the legislation and the audit process related to medication and issues of responsibility and accountability. By the end of this course you will also have an understanding of the record-keeping process for medication.

You will be taught by experienced lecturers with a diverse range of professional backgrounds from within the health care sector.
