Based at Metro Riverside Park, Gateshead, HiThrive prides itself on delivering tailored, professional support that enables businesses to streamline their operations and focus on what they do best. As an apprentice, you'll become part of a friendly, supportive team where you'll gain valuable industry experience while developing your skills in a real business environment.
Skills & Qualities Required
Essential
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and has a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (see entry criteria below)
- A genuine interest in finance, accounting, or working with numbers
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
Desirable
While not essential, the following would be an advantage:
- Previous experience in an office or customer-facing environment
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
- Previous exposure to finance or accounting, including college-based study
Future Prospects
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is the potential to secure permanent full-time employment with HiThrive, along with opportunities to continue your professional development through further AAT qualifications.
Entry Criteria
Applicants must have:
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 3/D or above, or
- Functional Skills Level 1 in Maths and English.
